Payment Method
Our site accepts the following payment methods:
credit card
Payment can be made with VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and JCB brand cards.
Google Pay
If you are using Google Chrome, you can make payments using your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.
Apple Pay
On your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, you can use Apple Pay to make payments on the web in Safari.
On the payment screen, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on delivery payment is also available.
Please pay the delivery fee in cash to the delivery person upon delivery.
Due to system limitations, the cash on delivery fee is not displayed in the total payment amount, but please note that a cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.
About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery company: Japan Post or Yamato Transport
Shipping days: Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same day
Delivery time: Shipped from Fukuoka, next day to 3 business days depending on the region
Shipping fee: Free shipping nationwide (excluding Hokkaido and remote islands)
For orders over 3,900 yen, shipping is free. For orders under 3,900 yen, shipping is a flat rate of 880 yen.
- Shipping to Hokkaido and Okinawa will cost an additional 1,000 yen on top of the regular shipping fee.
- In the case of remote islands, a relay fee may be charged separately, in which case we will contact you before shipping.
- Please note that in some cases, we may change the shipping company to a comparable carrier without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we cannot generally accept cancellations of orders after they have been shipped.
For cancellations before shipment, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Return and exchange conditions
We will only accept unused items if you contact us by phone within 3 days of receiving the item.
Please return the product along with any tags or other accessories.
This only applies to items returned within 3 days of receiving your return request.
● Regarding return shipping fees and other fees associated with returns, we will cover the costs in the case of initial defects.
If the reason is due to customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the costs.
*Please note that if the return is for reasons of your own, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee, return handling fee, and shipping fee for the product to be delivered (if the shipping fee is paid by our store at the time of ordering).
●Regarding refunds, we will transfer the money to your designated account within 3 business days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
In the case of returns due to customer reasons, the refund amount will be the amount minus any applicable fees or commissions.
